Abercrombie & Fitch
ASPI’s report, which was first published on 1 March 2020, named Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F) as one of at least 82 global brands whose supply chains were highly likely to contain Uyghur forced labour. ASPI’s report identified three factories that A&F was linked to. In response to the report, A&F told ASPI that they recently stopped using the first factory, and that “it does not believe” it uses the other two.
A&F later released a statement addressing the report, stating that it was “incorrectly listed” and that it “does not work with any factories located in the region”.
